Lisa is an amazing attorney. Very smart, very creative in examining the laws to protect your livelihood and assets. My ex - 12 years after our divorce attempted to sue me for a stake in my company I started based on some vague conditions in our mediation agreement from 2005. Lisa examined all items and came up with a creative defense strategy that when presented to the opposing lawyers for my ex, resulted in them cancelling the case. Lisa saved my business.

"Great attorney!"
Lisa Kleinberg wrote up my husband and my prenuptial agreement. She did such an amazing job that my husband wished he had her as his divorce attorney. She was thorough and was definitely there for me as her client. I would recommend Lisa to any family or friends who needed her services.

"Excellent Attorney."
Ms. Lisa Kleinberg is a very knowledgeable, and professional attorney. She assisted me in a divorce matter. Ms. Kleinberg was very efficient, compassionate, effective and most of all dedicated and responsive to my case. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Kleinberg and her staff. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needed a Family Law Attorney.

"Good at thinking outside the box ."
I hired Lisa for an alimony modification and my case was a little complicated. Not only was she very attentive and on the ball, but she actually thought about my case, and kept finding new ways to engage, far from the kind of boiler-plate legal work I have gotten many times before. Also, her fees were reasonable and she always told me in advance what costs I was looking at. I would hire her again without hesitation.

Upon my initial meeting with Sarasota and Manatee County Florida Family Law Divorce attorney Lisa Kleinberg and her paralegal assistant L’tea Humphrey in March 2014, I was impressed with Lisa's professional knowledge and personal skills. Lisa exhibited the solid Mid-West Illinois and Wisconsin work ethic that I am use to. At this meeting I hired Lisa to represent me in my Divorce proceedings. Lisa is a very thorough and competent Family Law Divorce Attorney who always had my best interests in mind. Lisa would not hesitate to tell me when I had to focus my attention and bring me back on point and not let my emotions get in the way. Lisa and her staff never missed a scheduled meeting with me and always answered or returned my calls and Emails on a timely basis. During the 22 months that Lisa represented me until my Final Divorce decree (with-out trial) in December, 2015, she consistently demonstrated all of these qualities and more, and I heartily endorse her for any individual who requires the services of an outstanding Family Law Divorce Attorney. Of particular note, Lisa's billing's for Professional Services rendered were very reasonable and detailed. I never had to question any of her Statements for Services rendered.

In 2015 I hired Lisa Kleinberg and associates to represent me in the dissolution of my marriage... Her office offered me a high degree of professionalism and was able to help navigate me through a tough and tricky divorce settlement. I came here from out of state and Lisa understanding of Florida law led to a very quick and fair settlement. Lisa made herself available to answer my questions on an almost daily basis. Divorce is never an easy matter but Lisa held my hand through the whole process and answered all of my questions with a great degree of legal skill.

I never thought my "custody battle" would last as long as it did. Going into year 3 now and I can't even begin to express my gratitude to Lisa and her whole team. Mine was not an ordinary case and at times I felt like I was fighting an uphill battle, but I always knew what was going on and I was always "in the loop." Lisa was very honest with me. She told me when to compromise and she told me when not to give in and each time- it wasn't about me or my son's father- but about my son and what was best for him.
I read a couple of reviews that she didn't return phone calls and I can't believe it- my phone calls were always returned and she would listen to me and let me cry, scream, rant and rave! Angela and L'Tea were so good to me and so helpful! They got to know me and my son and it showed.
I am telling you... if you ever need to go into a courtroom- you want Lisa on your side- hands down!

Ms. Kleinberg and her staff have always been willing to help. Anytime I had a question they would respond in a timely manner. She was always on time to all of the court meetings and conference calls. She would call me on her way to court and ask if there was anything I had questions about. I never felt like I was in the dark with her. She was always upfront and honest with me. She is a very compassionate lady and understands children come first.
Ms. Kleinberg is very understanding when it comes to finances being tight during a divorce and is willing to work with you. Just don’t take advantage.
Ms. Kleinberg definitely knows her family law. She was recommended to me from a friend and I drove over an hour to meet with her and I am so glad I did.
Hopefully I will never be in a situation where I would need to hire her but if I was I would in a heartbeat.

Lisa Kleinberg knows her family law. She was very knowledgeable with alimony and child support. Lisa ALWAYS returned my calls in a timely manner, maybe not that day but the following day, as she does have other clients.
Lisa was focused on making sure that my kids and I got what was rightfully ours. I had never been through a divorce before (married over 20+ years) nor would I wish this on anyone. Lisa was very supportive in helping me understand what all the legal terminology meant.
Lisa took on my case knowing that I was in Hillsborough County and that it would be at least an hour drive to the court house and most likely a couple of trips until the case was over. She never was late and was always in communication with me on her way there letting me know where to meet her so we could talk before going into the court room.
Every time I would call her office knew who I was and was always pleasant to speak with. Not only did I have the office phone I also had Lisa’s personal cell number.
Lisa goes into the court room with her documents in prepared and in a file that is organized. She is a class act when it comes to representing.
If I ever need an attorney again she will be my first choice. I hoping I never have to but not because of her.
Lisa, L’tea and Angie you all are amazing and helped me through one of the hardest times of my life!
